TaxConnex® is excited to announce the launch of a new client portal, Client Connexion. Client Connexion will provide a streamlined client experience and enhanced data security through an intuitive user interface and encrypted portal.
Clients will be given individual logins to provide their data, review their cash requests, pull reports, and tax returns, and view historical data, thus removing some of the manual processes clients and practitioners navigated through previously. Client Connexion will also guide new clients through the activation (onboarding) journey with a visual roadmap of their process and continue to help them throughout their relationship with TaxConnex.
Once a client is through activation, they will utilize Client Connexion during their monthly recurring compliance process to submit data and access tax liability reports. Clients can easily upload their monthly sales tax data, check that their data has been sent and access liability and funding requirements. Access to previous returns and historical data will also be available within Client Connexion
