TaxConnex, America’s leading independent provider of sales tax consulting, sales tax outsourcing and sales tax nexus services announces the addition of Carol McIlvaine as a Partner and Vice President of Compliance Operations.  The addition of McIlvaine adds capacity to TaxConnex’s growing sales tax outsourcing business.

In her new role as Vice President of Compliance Operations, McIlvaine is responsible for ensuring premier client service, client satisfaction and Practitioner retention.

Previously, McIlvaine was a Senior Manager at KPMG and a Senior Director of Indirect Tax and Client Service at Thomson Reuters and Tax Partners.  Carol also spent almost seven years as Sales & Use Tax Manager for Lodgian.
